Congratulations Jen. I am five years today alcohol free and I had no idea how much giving up this one thing I would get so much more. Alcohol was like pouring gasoline on my anxiety and the minute I removed it. It was amazing what opened up for me.Reach out if you need.
I found Dry January easy to stretch out. Not drinking as much has cleared my mind. I still enjoy a gin and tonic in the summer but only have one. Cheers to finding your best life!
Great work! I too am sober. It’s hard at first. Couldn’t go down the alcohol aisle at the grocery story or be around anyone drinking or eat at a bar. Eventually it becomes not as hard. You’ve got this!

Leigh - this is awesome! Congrats on 5 years!!! I agree with you, I think it fueled my anxiety too. So glad to be rid of it and the anxiety.

I relate to so much of this Jenn. I am about a week away from 1 year alcohol free and it was the best decision I have made. Loving it.
